Lincoln Takes Brooklyn for a Ride
When the iconic automotive brand synonymous with American luxury found it's way to Brooklyn, the challenge of introducing Lincoln Motor Company to SummerScreen's loyal audience could only be facilitated in one way: providing an unprecedented experience.
In a city known for its foot traffic and public transportation, it's no secret that your average New Yorker doesn't get a ton of opportunities to be chauffeured, so leading Lincoln's parking assist activation was an incredibly rewarding adventure. Each week, three parking spaces were sectioned off on N12th Street, right at the entrance of the event, for brand representatives to give live demonstrations of the 2015 MKZ's remarkable self-parking abilities. A stationary MKZ, displayed prominently at the helm of the event headquarters, attracted thousands SummerScreen attendees to flock to the Lincoln tent, where the brand took over a 10x10 space inside McCarren Park. The branded tent allowed patrons easy access to engage with Lincoln brand representatives, and sign up for test drives.
Lincoln Platinum Cash
Offering one the most unique activations in SummerScreen history, each parking assist participant was gifted $20 worth of Platinum Cash to spend at any of the SummerScreen food vendor booths. Each Lincoln cash card integrated the SummerScreen logo and illustrated aesthetic I developed and introduced to the brand, therein providing a seamless cohesion of the partnership.
